Provides the entire spectrum of water-soluble B vitamins (thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, folic acid, biotin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B12) and vitamin C, as well as fat-soluble vitamins D, E, K.

 

RECOMMENDED CONSUMPTION

 

Children over 3 years of age: 10 g (2 scoops) of the product daily. Adults: 10 to 20 g (2 to 4 measures) of the product daily. Dissolve the powder in lukewarm water, another drink or add to yoghurt.
