Form: Herbs for brewing, in sachets. Directions: 1 sachet of mint Pour ½ cup boiling water, infuse, covered, for about 10 minutes. Children 4 - 12 years: Drink 1 - 2 times a day, ½ cup of brew. Children 12 - 16 years: drink 2 - 3 times daily ½ cup of brew. Adults drink 3 times daily ½ cup of brew. Ingredients: 1 sachet contains 2.0 g of leaf peppermint.
