Alantan Plus is a medicinal product with an exfoliating, protective effect, increasing skin elasticity for use in excessive skin keratosis, irritated and dry skin care, treatment of abrasions and irritations.

Composition
The active substances are: allantoin (Allantoinum), dexpanthenol (Dexpanthenolum).
1 g of cream contains 20 mg of allantoin and 50 mg of dexopanthenol (50% solution of panthenol in propylene glycol).
Excipients: lanolin, liquid paraffin, cetostearyl alcohol, ethyl parahydroxybenzoate, methyl parahydroxybenzoate, propyl parahydroxybenzoate, purified water, polawax NF.
Dosage
Always use this medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. • Topical medicine for the skin. • Before applying the cream, the skin should be cleaned and dried.
The affected area should be lubricated once or several times a day.
For baby sore spots, apply Alantan Plus after each diaper change.
Action
Alantan Plus contains 2 active substances that are responsible for exfoliating, skin-protecting and moisturizing effects. Alantan also supports wound healing by stimulating new tissue growth. Regular allantoin helps prevent excessive keratosis of the skin. Dexopanthenol has the ability to bind water, which has a positive effect on skin elasticity.

Contraindications
Do not use Alantan Plus: • in case of hypersensitivity to the active substances - allantoin, dexopanthenol or any of the other ingredients of this medicine, • for the eyes, • if you have acute inflammation of the skin, including exudate.
Side effects
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
Frequency not known: • hypersensitivity reactions, skin irritation.
